Paper cold cups

Paper cups for cold drinks, suitable for custom printing.

Paper cold cups — straight from the factory that makes them. 3 products in this range, from 350 ml to 500 ml. Cartons of 1,000 / 2,000 pcs. Flexo printing in up to 6 colours with your brand, or plain. We supply vending operators, wholesalers, importers and foodservice distributors, ex-works Turkey. Minimum order 3 pallets (60 cartons). That said, a partial load is possible: collect the goods from our factory with your own vehicle or a forwarder you appoint, and we can supply 1 or 2 pallets as well — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops.

We are a paper cup manufacturer in Turkey and this is the opaque half of the catalogue: custom paper cups printed edge to edge, or plain stock when the design can wait. Paper cold cups cover three volumes for water, juice, iced coffee and soft drinks poured over ice. They are the opaque alternative to a transparent cup: the entire outer wall is printable surface, which matters when the packaging is doing the advertising. Barrier and stock here are chosen against condensation rather than heat, and the range repeats the diameters used on the hot side.

Three volumes and where each one lands

The 12 oz fills to 350 ml in a shell 118 mm tall on an 80 mm mouth. The 14 oz fills to 400 ml at 110 mm on 90 mm, wider and squatter than the article below it. The 16 oz fills to 500 ml at 137 mm, also on 90 mm. Bases measure 51 mm on the 12 oz, 60 mm on the 14 oz and 63 mm on the 16 oz.

Canteens, schools and event caterers pouring water or juice settle on the 12 oz. Quick service counters set the 12 oz against a standard soft drink and the 14 oz against a large one. Cold brew and iced coffee programmes tend to begin at the 16 oz, where being 27 mm taller than the 14 oz leaves room for ice without the liquid reaching the roll.

Lining, stock weight and closure diameters

The inside face carries the same polyethylene barrier used on hot articles, because a chilled drink works on an untreated wall from both directions: liquid within, condensation without. Stock is quoted per size — 210 gsm at 12 oz, 230 gsm at 14 oz and 230 gsm at 16 oz — and the heavier material is what keeps a full shell rigid inside a delivery bag.

Two diameter families run through the section: 80 mm on the 12 oz, then 90 mm shared by the 14 and 16 oz, and board closures are cut to both measurements. Transparent closures are drawn on 95 mm and belong with the clear cups instead, so these two cold ranges are not shut by the same part.

Print, packing and getting figures back

Two numbers decide the cost per served drink here: pieces per carton and cartons per container. The press carries as many as six colours across this range, and an opaque wall lets a design cover the shell edge to edge — a seasonal campaign, a delivery marque or the chain identity a guest is holding while walking. Files arrive as vectors with the article named, and print area is checked against that shell's die-line before anything runs.

Cartons take 2000 pieces at 12 oz and 1000 at 14 and 16 oz. On loading, a 14 oz order puts 310 cartons in a 20' HQ, 750 in a 40' HQ and 792 on a truck; the 12 oz gives 330, 800 and 792. Name the mix and the arrival port, pick the delivery term on the request form, and the reply carries packing, HS 4823.69 and the production schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Can paper cups be used for cold drinks and ice?

Yes. The cold range carries the same polyethylene barrier on its inner face as the hot articles, and that film copes with a chilled liquid as readily as with a warm one.

Condensation outside is the reason stock weight matters here: 210 gsm at 12 oz and 230 gsm at 14 oz keep a sweating shell rigid in the hand and inside a courier carrier.

The 16 oz runs on 230 gsm as well. For an import calculation the figures that decide the price are these: 2000 pieces to the carton on the 12 oz, 1000 on the 14 and 16 oz, 20 cartons to a pallet, and a minimum order of 3 pallets — 60 cartons. On a partial load collected from our factory by your own vehicle or appointed forwarder, 1 or 2 pallets are also possible — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops. Board goods are declared under HS 4823.69.

Say which drinks you pour cold and we point to the items built for it rather than the nearest hot cup.

What sizes do cold paper cups come in?

Three volumes are catalogued: 350 ml on the 12 oz, 400 ml on the 14 oz and 500 ml on the 16 oz.

Heights read 118, 110 and 137 mm in that order. The 14 oz is deliberately shorter and broader than the article below it, since it sits on a 90 mm mouth instead of 80 mm. Base measurements are 51, 60 and 63 mm.

Cartons hold 2000 pieces on the 12 oz and 1000 on the 14 and 16 oz. A 20' HQ takes 330, 310 and 310 cartons in that order; a 40' HQ takes 800, 750 and 750; a road trailer 792 on all three. One pallet is 20 cartons and the minimum order is 3 pallets, so 60 cartons. On a partial load collected from our factory by your own vehicle or appointed forwarder, 1 or 2 pallets are also possible — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops.

Send the volumes and the type of load you have in mind — part load or full truck — and the offer comes back with the price, the delivery term that fits and the loading plan for each size.

Are cold paper cups the same as hot cups?

They share a shell. The 12, 14 and 16 oz cold articles repeat the heights and mouth measurements of their hot counterparts, so dispensers and closures do not have to change when a counter adds a cold menu.

What differs is how the item is specified and decorated for chilled service. Quote the article you already buy and the offer states exactly what changes and what stays identical.

The match reaches the loading plan too: hot and cold 12 oz both pack 2000 to the carton and stow 330 cartons in a 20' HQ and 800 in a 40' HQ, and both 14 oz articles pack 1000 and stow 310 and 750. A mixed hot-and-cold order is therefore costed off one table, against the same minimum of 3 pallets — 60 cartons. On a partial load collected from our factory by your own vehicle or appointed forwarder, 1 or 2 pallets are also possible — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops.

If you are switching from hot to cold, write your current sizes and we match them one by one.

Can cold paper cups be printed edge to edge with our design?

Yes. Six-colour flexo work is available here, and because the board is opaque the artwork can cover the whole wall instead of sitting inside a panel.

Supply the drawing as a vector, naming the article it belongs to. Print area is checked against that shell's die-line before the run, since an 80 mm mouth and a 90 mm mouth unwrap into different flat shapes.

Send the artwork and the colour count; the print cost appears as its own line in the quotation.

What is the largest cold paper cup available?

The 16 oz, filling to 500 ml. It stands 137 mm tall on a 90 mm mouth with a 63 mm base, making it the tallest board article on the cold side.

Where a menu needs more than that — large slush, milkshake or bubble tea — the transparent range carries on: 600 ml in a 20 oz, then 650 ml in a 22 oz.

On the import side the 16 oz packs 1000 to the carton and stows 310 cartons in a 20' HQ and 750 in a 40' HQ — up to 750,000 cups in a single 40' HQ. Minimum order is 3 pallets, 60 cartons, at 20 cartons to the pallet, and the wall takes flexo print in up to six colours under HS 4823.69. On a partial load collected from our factory by your own vehicle or appointed forwarder, 1 or 2 pallets are also possible — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops.
