Optima Cup is the international sales and export brand of Elit Cup. Not a separate company: manufacture, sale, invoicing and export all sit within the same business in Turkey.

Optima Cup is the international sales and export brand of Elit Cup. The manufacture, sale, invoicing and export of the paper drinkware all take place within Elit Cup's own business; PET cups are a supplied item sourced from selected producers. Optima Cup is not a separate company or an independent agent; it is the brand and the point of contact through which Elit Cup products are offered to international markets. Put plainly, your paper cup supplier and the factory are the same company. The arrangement means our customers deal directly with the manufacturer while being served by a team and a brand set up for the demands of export. In practice it comes to this: there is one counterpart from product selection to loading, questions about dimensions and printing are confirmed with the production team itself, and no other company steps between the quotation and the shipment. The party you sign with is the party that makes the goods, and payment, invoicing and export papers are issued under that same registered name.

Why a separate brand

Rather than open a second company to keep manufacturing and international selling apart, we created a dedicated export brand. The purpose is straightforward: an overseas buyer should be able to read the products in their own language, reach the technical data, weigh the export terms and send a request through a single channel.

Under the Optima Cup name we publish a multilingual catalogue, answer international enquiries, run the custom print and artwork process, follow the production schedule directly, prepare the export documents and organise shipping. All of it happens inside Elit Cup's legal structure: quotations, proformas, invoices, bank accounts and export papers are issued in Elit Cup's registered trade name.

From line to port: one paper cup supplier, one contract

A buyer who reaches us through Optima Cup is not talking to a sales agent standing outside production, but to the manufacturer's own export brand. The enquiry comes in through Optima Cup and goes into Elit Cup's production schedule. Size, material, print, carton count and lead time are confirmed with the production team itself. Because the paper cup supplier and the plant are one business, nobody has to be asked twice.

An approved order then runs through manufacturing, quality control, packing and dispatch inside the same company. For the buyer that is worth three things: working directly with the maker, one legal and commercial counterpart, and no seam between production and export. A question about a dimension does not travel between three firms before it is answered.

How the process runs

It starts when you tell us the products you need, the rough order quantity and the destination country. From there the suitable article, size, lid, print and packing options are settled. Once the technical detail has been checked by the production team, a written quotation and proforma are drawn up in Elit Cup's trade name.

After payment and artwork approval the order enters the production schedule. When manufacturing, quality control and packing are finished the export documents are prepared and the goods move under the agreed delivery term. We use the Optima Cup name in correspondence, and Elit Cup's registered trade name on contracts, invoices, payments and export papers.

Who we work with

Our buyers are mainly corporate and wholesale: café and restaurant chains, hotels, catering and event companies, vending operators, packaging wholesalers, distributors, importers, supermarket and retail chains, and businesses that want to sell packaging under their own label. For all of them we are the paper cup supplier and the maker at once: the cups are produced on our own line in Istanbul, not bought in and passed on.

Paper cups, PET cups and single-use food packaging can be supplied printed or plain; lids are supplied plain. Every customer gets their own quotation, built on the article, the quantity, the printing and the destination — there is no fixed price list sitting on a shelf.

Which name goes on the contract

We do not want to give the impression that Optima Cup is a separate company. That is why quotations, proformas, invoices, payment instructions and export documents carry the full registered trade name of the manufacturing and exporting company. The party you sign with is the party that makes the goods.
