Paper cup production: videos from our own line
Our paper cups are made on our own line in Istanbul, Turkey. The clips below show the line as it really runs, from reel feeding and printing to forming and dispatch preparation.
Every video on this page was filmed in our own production hall during normal running. No stock footage, no animation, no other plant. If you are looking for a paper cup manufacturer rather than a trading desk, this is the line your order runs on.
How the line runs
The board reel is fed into the line and the cup wall is printed in up to six colours on the flexo unit. The printed board is rewound and taken to the cup machines. In the forming unit the wall and the base are joined and the rim is curled; the finished cups are counted and sleeved.
Cartons are palletised, wrapped and held in the warehouse in dispatch order. Manufacturing, quality control, packing and shipping all sit inside one company, so the buyer has a single counterpart.

Buyers who want to watch a run before committing are welcome at the plant in Istanbul by appointment. An hour beside the line settles questions that several emails cannot.
Why this page exists
Every new buyer asks the same thing first: is this a trading company, or an actual paper cup manufacturer? The numbers below are our first answer; the videos further down this page are the second. A wholesale paper cup supplier that cannot tell you its minimum order and its container loading before the first email is usually reselling somebody else's production.
Minimum order and how it loads
The minimum is 60 cartons per item. That said, a partial load is possible: collect the goods from our factory with your own vehicle or a forwarder you appoint, and we can supply 1 or 2 pallets as well — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops. Cups per carton depend on the size — from 260 in the large formats up to 3,000 in the small ones — and the figure is printed on every product page.
For sea freight, a 20' HQ container takes 260 to 390 cartons and a 40' HQ container 630 to 940 cartons, depending on the format. The quotation states carton count, volume and gross weight, so you can price the freight before you commit.
What proves a real paper cup manufacturer
Food business registration TR-34-K-094873 is issued to the manufacturing company itself, not to an intermediary. ISO 22000, 9001, 14001, 45001 and 10002 certificates are published as downloadable PDFs on the certificates page, so you can verify them rather than take our word.
The registered address in Başakşehir, Istanbul is the plant address, not a separate office.
Printing sits on the same line
Printing is not outsourced: the flexo unit is part of the line, up to six colours. The cup leaves the plant already printed with your brand, without passing through a second print shop and without a middleman margin on top.
Plain white stock comes off the same line; only the prepress differs. Dimensions, carton counts and loading data stay identical, so printed and plain items can travel in one order.

We supply distributors, importers, packaging wholesalers, coffee chains and vending operators. Because the supplier and the maker are the same company, you keep one counterpart from item selection through to loading.
