Paper hot cups

Single-wall, double-wall and vending paper cups for hot drinks, with PE barrier; flexo printing on the single-wall and vending sizes, CMYK offset on the double-wall range.

Paper hot cups — straight from the factory that makes them. 14 products in this range, from 100 ml to 500 ml. Cartons of 260 to 3,000 pcs depending on size and wall type. Flexo printing in up to 6 colours on the single-wall and vending sizes, CMYK offset on the double-wall range, with your brand or plain. We supply vending operators, wholesalers, importers and foodservice distributors, ex-works Turkey. Minimum order 3 pallets (60 cartons). That said, a partial load is possible: collect the goods from our factory with your own vehicle or a forwarder you appoint, and we can supply 1 or 2 pallets as well — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops.

As a paper cup manufacturer in Turkey we run vending machine coffee cups, cafe takeaway sizes and double wall paper cups on one line. Wholesale paper cups for hot service run here from a 4 oz espresso measure up to a 16 oz takeaway size, as single-wall builds, double-wall builds and a dedicated vending shape. Every entry states filled volume, height and the two diameters that decide whether a cup fits your dispenser or your machine column. The whole section is board stock lined with polyethylene on the drinking face, declared under HS 4823.69.

Ten volumes, and who tends to buy which

The ladder reads 4 oz at 100 ml, 6 oz at 150 ml, 7 oz at 180 ml, 7.5 oz at 190 ml, 8 oz at 240 ml, 9 oz at 250 ml, 12 oz at 350 ml, 14 oz at 400 ml, then 16 oz at 500 ml. Height climbs with it, from 62 mm at the bottom of the range to 137 mm at the top.

Espresso counters and hotel breakfast lines settle on the 4 and 7 oz. Bakeries and tea rooms pair 6 oz with 7.5 oz, two articles sharing a 70 mm mouth but 10 mm apart in height, so one closure serves both while the taller shell pours a longer drink. Filter service moves up the middle of the range. Drive-through and delivery operations order the two largest. Vending buyers take the dedicated 6 oz article, drawn on a 49 mm base so a stack releases cleanly in the column.

Board weight, wall build and what closes the shell

Stock is specified per size rather than across the range: 170–190 gsm on the 4 oz, 190 gsm on the 6 and 7.5 oz, 214 gsm on the 7, 9 and 12 oz, and 295 gsm where a wall carries more liquid, as on the 8, 14 and 16 oz. The inner film is what allows board to hold a drink at serving temperature without softening.

An extra layer of board with air trapped behind it turns the same shell into a double wall, catalogued at 4 oz, 8 oz, 14 oz and 16 oz for operations that would rather not stock separate sleeves. Mouth diameters across the section are 62, 70, 72, 80 and 90 mm, while the board closures listed under lids are cut for 80 and 90 mm. Pairing is written into the offer, because a closure that seats on one diameter will not grip another.

Cartons, container space and printed artwork

Two figures decide what wholesale paper cups really cost a buyer: pieces per carton and cartons per container. Pieces per carton fall as the article grows: 3000 on the 4, 6, 7 and 7.5 oz, then 2000 at 8 oz and 12 oz, 1000 at 9, 14 and 16 oz, and 1200 down to 260 on the double wall builds. Published loading follows the same arithmetic — a 12 oz order stows 330 cartons into a 20' HQ, 800 into a 40' HQ and 792 onto a truck, while the 4 oz reaches 350, 900 and 792.

Flexo printing takes up to six colours on the single-wall and vending sizes, while the double-wall range runs CMYK offset, so the shell leaving your counter advertises the café, chain or roastery on the artwork rather than a supplier name. That is what a buyer means by printed coffee cups: the same wholesale paper cups run through the press with your marque on the wall. Printed paper cups leave the line in the same cartons as the plain ones, so the pack quantity and the loading figures above do not change when a design is added. Send the size, quantity and arrival country and a written offer follows; the proforma invoice comes after your approval, the slot is booked when the transfer lands, and buyers who prefer to watch the line running are hosted in Istanbul on dates that fit their trip.

Frequently asked questions

What are the dimensions of an 8 oz paper cup?

An 8 oz cup in this range measures 87.5 mm in height, 80 mm across the mouth and 57 mm across the base, filling to 240 ml. It is built on 295 gsm board, heavier than most articles around it, and packs 2,000 pieces into an export carton, so a buyer prices the landed cost per carton rather than per cup.

The double wall version keeps the identical shell, so a counter can move between the two without changing closures or dispensers.

Tell us which sizes your menu runs and we return the cups per case and the loading data for each one.

How big is a 12 oz paper cup?

A 12 oz cup stands 118 mm tall with an 80 mm mouth and a 51 mm base, holding 350 ml when filled. Board is 214 gsm and cartons hold 2000 pieces.

It is the tallest article on the 80 mm diameter, which makes it read as clearly larger than the 8 oz without needing a wider dispenser slot. Published loading works out at 330 cartons per 20' HQ, 800 per 40' HQ and 792 per truck.

Send the sizes you are considering; the quotation states cups per case, gross weight and lead time side by side.

What size coffee cup should we order for cappuccino and latte?

Work from the volume of the drink rather than its name. A cappuccino is a short milk drink and fits the 6 oz at 150 ml or the 7 oz at 180 ml, and a flat white sits comfortably in the same pair. A latte needs the 12 oz at 350 ml, with the 14 oz at 400 ml for a large takeaway version.

Espresso and macchiato stay on the 4 oz, which fills to 100 ml at 62 mm tall. Sizing the menu is a stock decision as much as a service one: every rim diameter you add is another lid line to buy and count.

Write down the drinks you serve and the daily volume, and we mark the right sizes in the quotation.

Which cup size do vending machines use?

Vending equipment normally runs the 6 oz article at 150 ml. It stands 79 mm tall with a 70 mm mouth and a 49 mm base, and that base measurement is what lets a stack drop cleanly through the column.

We list it separately from the 6 oz counter cup for exactly that reason. Cartons hold 3000 pieces, and 300 of those cartons stow into a 20' HQ — for an operator that is the whole shipment maths in two figures: fewer restocking runs and a predictable cost per vend.

Tell us the column diameter your machines take and we confirm which items drop cleanly before you order.

Can we combine several cup sizes in one wholesale order?

Yes, and mixing articles is usually the more efficient way to fill a box. Each size carries its own packing figure — 3,000 pieces on the small shells (2,000–3,000 on the 4 oz), 2,000 through the middle of the range (1,000–2,000 on the 8 oz) and 1,000 on the 14 oz — so a combined load is calculated article by article.

Send the quantity you want against each item together with the arrival port, and the offer comes back with the stow for the whole consignment.

Yes — list the sizes and quantities in one message and the mixed load is planned in the same quotation.
