Carton and container: 3,000 cups fill a 400x320x615 mm carton at 10.25 kg gross and 0.079 m³. Load 350 cartons into a 20' HQ or 900 into a 40' HQ. Those are the dimensions, weight and count your freight forwarder will ask for first.
How small an order can be: 60 cartons of the 4 oz, which is 3 pallets at 20 cartons each. If you send your own truck or your forwarder to our factory, we can release 1 or 2 pallets as well, priced higher per cup than a full 60. The 4 oz can also share a container with other sizes as long as each size reaches its own 60 cartons.
Your logo: flexo, up to six colours around the small wall, or plain white. Templates and file requirements are on the printing page; after the artwork lands we send a layout with the side seam kept clear of the logo.
Lid: available for the 62 mm rim. Tell us in the enquiry which lid you want and we write it into the quotation together with its dimensions.

A short drink is finished within a minute or two, so heavier stock adds cost without adding service life. The heavier grades in the catalogue, 214, 230 and 295 gsm, are specified for the sizes that hold a larger volume for longer, not for an espresso shell.
Yes, and on this size it is usually the better decision. Six colours are available on the press, but the printed strip on a 62 mm shell is shallow, so a wordmark or a single symbol reproduces more cleanly than a full illustration.
