This mouth takes the board cover cut at 90 mm, exactly as the 14 oz does. With the smaller cups sharing the 80 mm part, a full hot menu of four sizes runs on two closure lines in total.
The board runs at 295 gsm with an 18 g/m² PE lining, and the packing figures are published: 260 pieces per carton, a 405x405x560 mm box at 5.5 kg gross and 0.092 m³, with 310 cartons in a 20' HQ container, 750 in a 40' HQ and 792 on a truck.
The minimum order for this cup is 60 cartons — three pallets of 20. Fewer than 60 cartons of the 16 oz double-wall? Collect 1 or 2 pallets from our factory with your own truck or your forwarder; the price per cup is then higher than for a full order.

Nothing in the hot range stands higher. The base is deliberately narrower than the 60 mm foot of the 14 oz, so the cup still drops into a car holder and a courier carrier built around the smaller sizes.
The mouth is 90 mm, so the 90 mm board lid in the catalogue seats on this shell: one article for the 14 oz and the 16 oz cups. Put the cup and the lid on the same order and they come back on one offer and travel in one loading.
No. The second layer of board, with still air held behind it, is what a sleeve would otherwise provide, and at this volume the cup is held for far longer than any other size in the range.
That removes a stock line and a movement at the counter, which matters most at forecourts and drive-throughs where service time is measured.

Across the hot range only two closure diameters are tooled, and this is the wider of them. A chain running all four cup sizes therefore stocks two covers, and most buyers fix those two lines before deciding their cup mix site by site.
Standard laminated white stock, filmed in polyethylene where the drink touches it and wrapped in an outer layer of board that traps a cushion of air. The stock is specified at 295 gsm.
The 14 oz and 16 oz single wall articles carry the same weight.
