Ice cream cups 100 ml (100 cc) — the single-scoop and tasting size, produced on our own lines in Istanbul. A low, wide tub: 45 mm tall, 85 mm across the top, 72 mm base, 255 gsm board with a 15 gsm PE lining, 5.75 g per cup. 1,000 cups to a carton in sleeves of 50, 6 kg gross, 20 cartons to a pallet. Print in CMYK offset or take it plain white; supplied EXW Turkey, HS code 4823.69.

Gelato counters use this paper ice cream cup for sample scoops, hotels use it for buffet desserts, and event caterers use it when the point is to serve many people a small amount rather than a few people a full portion.

What an importer asks before ordering this item

What exactly am I buying? Ice cream cups 100 cc — 100 cc, 85 mm rim, 45 mm height, 72 mm base, customs heading 4823.69.

What is the minimum order? 60 cartons per item — three pallets, because one pallet takes 20 cartons. Starting below 60 cartons of the 100 ml ice cream cup is possible — 1 or 2 pallets — when your own truck or your nominated forwarder loads at our factory gate, at a higher price per cup than the full quantity.

How many fit in a container? 290 cartons in a 20' HQ container, 690 in a 40' HQ and 792 on a truck. This item packs 1,000 pieces to the carton, in a 445x365x610 mm box at 6 kg gross and 0.099 m³.

What is the lead time? We do not publish a figure, because it depends on the run already on the line. You get a date from the production plan with the offer, not an average taken from a web page.

What certification does the plant hold? ISO 22000:2018 food safety and ISO 9001:2015 quality (IQR International Certification Services, valid to 30.06.2027), and the scope of those certificates names ice cream cups explicitly. Turkish food business registration is TR-34-K-094873; the certificate PDFs are on the certificates page.

How do I know what was actually loaded? The shipment leaves Istanbul; pallet and carton counts are verified before the vehicle departs, the numbered security seal is documented, and the loading and sealing footage is sent to you. The Incoterm is agreed on the order.

Closure

There is no cover catalogued for this size, and no board part in the range is cut to its rim, so the cup ships open, the way a tasting portion is served.

Frequently asked questions

How much ice cream fits in a cup?

A cup holds about 100 ml, which is one small scoop or a tasting portion. It is the size used for samples handed out at a counter, children's servings and buffet desserts where guests take several small items instead of one large one. For a regular two-scoop serve, the 200 ml cup with its 90 mm rim is the right step up.

The piece equivalent of the minimum order cannot be stated for this article: the carton count has not been published yet, so what 60 cartons come to is stated on the quotation as a measured figure rather than an estimate. On a partial load collected from our factory by your own vehicle or appointed forwarder, 1 or 2 pallets are also possible — the unit price rises as the pallet count drops. Price moves with quantity, printing and the delivery point, so no figure is published in the catalogue; the quotation is built on the quantity and the destination country. For a buyer sending a mixed list the calculation is not read off one article's table; the carton volume of each line is added separately and the loading plan follows the list. Because more than one HS heading travels in the same container, the customs declaration is also split line by line.

Do 100 cc ice cream cups come with lids?

No cover is listed against this size, so the cups ship open, as a tasting portion is served. None of the board covers in the range is cut for this rim either, so they cannot be used as a substitute. If your service needs a closed dessert for a chilled shelf or a lunch box, state it with the enquiry and you get a direct answer rather than a substitution.

Are these small cups suitable for desserts other than ice cream?

Yes. Patisseries use the 100 ml format for mousse, panna cotta, layered desserts and fruit portions sold from a chilled cabinet, and hotels use it for buffet sweets. The board body is intended for cold and chilled fillings rather than hot ones, so hot custards and sauces belong in the hot-drink paper cup range instead, where the board runs up to 295 gsm.

The delivery term follows the type of load: the usual arrangement is FCA — you send the vehicle and we load it at our plant in Başakşehir; a part load goes out EXW, a full truck can also be worked DAP, and for a sea shipment FOB or CIF is organised with the figure shown in the quotation. The terms themselves read as follows: under EXW the goods are made ready at the point of departure, FOB covers everything up to delivery on board at the port of departure, CIF puts carriage and insurance to the port of arrival into the quotation, and DAP brings the goods to the address you give. Volume rather than weight sets the calculation: these articles are light but bulky, and a container fills by volume long before the weight limit matters. The usual way out of the factory is a truck rather than a container; where a sea shipment is wanted the container loading is organised as well, and both figures appear on the quotation side by side.

What quantity should we order for a sampling campaign?

That depends on the campaign, and there is no fixed figure published per article; the minimum is set by whether printing is involved and is confirmed on your quotation. As a practical guide, sampling programmes consume far more units than a menu portion does, so buyers usually price a campaign total in one enquiry and call it off in shipments against an agreed schedule.
