Single-wall, 90 mm high on a 70 mm rim and 45 mm base, 190 gsm board lined with 18 gsm PE; 4.40 g apiece. Cartons carry 3,000 cups in sleeves of 100, and 300 cartons make up a 20' HQ load of 900,000 cups. Vending operators, wholesalers and importers order it flexo printed in up to 6 colours or plain white, EXW Turkey, HS code 4823.69.
The 7.5 oz size exists because 190 ml sits exactly between a short cup and a standard one.
Certification you can file: ISO 22000:2018 food safety management, certificate no IQR.016/FSMS.0067715 (valid to 30 June 2027), plus ISO 9001:2015 and food business registration TR-34-K-094873. The certificates page has each one as a PDF.
What a container holds: the carton is 425x355x640 mm, 13.5 kg gross and 0.097 m³ with 3,000 cups inside. 300 cartons go into a 20' HQ (900,000 cups) and 710 into a 40' HQ (2,130,000 cups). Quote those to your forwarder and the ocean freight is settled.
Least you can order: 60 cartons — 3 pallets of 20 — or 180,000 of the 7.5 oz cups. Collecting at our factory with your own vehicle or a forwarder you choose opens the door to 1 or 2 pallets, at a higher price per cup. A mixed container of several sizes is fine provided each size fills 60 cartons of its own.
Branding the wall: up to six flexo colours, or plain white. Upload specs and the body layout are on the printing page; we lay your artwork out so the side seam avoids the logo and send it for sign-off.
Lid: a lid is available for the 70 mm rim — specify it in the enquiry and the quotation lists it with dimensions.
For the proforma we need: quantity, colours, lids or not, and destination port; the proforma then states HS code 4823.69 and the delivery term agreed with you.
Set beside the 7 oz the arithmetic is easy to follow: the volume rises from 180 to 190 ml, the height from 81 to 90 mm and the base falls from 52 to 45 mm.
The stock is 190 gsm and filmed on the inside, the same specification as the 6 oz and lighter than the 214 gsm 7 oz. It is chosen for drinks dispensed and drunk within a few minutes rather than carried and nursed.

That makes it the tallest article on the 70 mm diameter, 9 mm above the 7 oz and 10 mm above the 6 oz. Height is where the extra volume comes from, so a dispenser tube or a machine turret set for the smaller sizes still accepts this shell without adjustment.
In most cases yes, because both articles share the 70 mm opening that the dispenser grips. What changes is the depth of the tube needed, since this shell is 11 mm taller and nests on a narrower 45 mm foot.

Because the two sizes are bought for different service. This article runs on 190 gsm, the same stock as the 6 oz, and is specified for drinks dispensed and drunk quickly at a machine or a water point.
The 7 oz carries 214 gsm for cups that stand on a desk while they cool. Where a tender names a board weight, quote the article that matches it.

A full truck therefore carries 2.376 million cups. Carton weight for this article is stated on the offer, and the loading plan is calculated against the size mix you actually order rather than for one article alone.
